Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer orders, verify information, and provide exceptional service in the automotive collision repair industry. Deliver accurate product details, pricing, and availability while following up to ensure needs are met. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and maintain thorough knowledge of offered products and services. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- The schedule may vary based on business needs and may include occasional Saturdays
- The Call Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
- Familiarity with automotive parts and repair industry is a plus
