Job Summary
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally via phone, email, and written documentation while scheduling services and converting opportunities. Follow up on internal leads and warm leads through outbound calls, resolving issues independently or escalating appropriately. Maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure tasks are completed from beginning to end. Work Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service and following-up on warm leads via the phone
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills
- High level of attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience working in sales
- This is an in office position
- Requires sitting and working on a computer for several hours at a time
- Can work Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Can work the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
