Job Summary
Remote Call Center Representative handling inbound and outbound healthcare scheduling and patient support. Responsibilities include scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing medication refill requests, performing appointment and case status checks, outbound follow-ups, documenting interactions in internal systems, and adhering to scripts and compliance procedures in a high-volume, remote work environment. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, reliable home-office setup, and successful completion of a 4-week training program before live production.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, healthcare support, medical scheduling, virtual assistant, or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Professional and customer-focused communication style
- Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
- Technical & Home Office Requirements (Mandatory)

- Intel Core i5 Processor – 12th Generation minimum
- 16GB RAM minimum
- 256GB SSD minimum

- A live internet speed test will be conducted during the recruiting process
