Job Summary
Assist credit union members via telephone and video conferencing regarding banking needs, account functions, and transaction issues including transfers, checks, and deposits. Provide efficient service for cashing checks, handling withdrawals, and resolving debit card problems while cross-selling products to meet sales standards. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for E-services and remote services. Requires high school diploma and one to three years of financial industry or call center experience. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-three years of similar or related experience in the financial industry, or call center customer service
