Job Summary
Call Center Representative to manage the front desk, greet visitors, and assist callers with inquiries about services, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include promptly answering calls from clients, families, and caregivers; documenting calls per established process; resolving common concerns (e.g., clock in/out, call-out, absences, lateness) without transfers; maximizing first-contact resolution; representing the company with courtesy and empathy; triaging calls and directing issues to the appropriate team with realistic turnaround expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in basic Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to organize and maintain electronic employee and client records
- Able to manage time well and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work independently and in a team
