Job Summary
Call Center Representative in Parker Jewish Institute's Family Call Center. Per Diem/Part-time role with weekend shifts (9am-5pm and 5pm-8pm). Responsibilities include answering calls and voicemails, routing inquiries to appropriate departments, following through on requests, offering patient assistance, and logging interactions in Salesforce. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a call center or high-volume customer service; healthcare experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), data entry, and reporting is preferred. Located in Queens, NY with on-site, in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a call center or high volume customer service role
- Prior experience in a health care environment a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, data entry, documentation and report generation
