Job Summary
Spanish- and English-speaking Call Center Representative (Remote) handling inbound calls with high volume, resolving inquiries, utilizing knowledge base articles, creating service requests, escalating complex calls, and maintaining accurate documentation. Must exhibit strong customer-service skills, professional and empathetic communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to read and apply regulatory/compliance guidelines. Weekend availability required; shift is 3PM–11PM EST. Pays $20 per hour for a full-time/contract role; remote work from any location. Primary duties include reading from knowledge bases, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring quality service while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Phone-based customer service experience (strongly preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
