Job Summary
Follow up on distributed leads, generate store traffic, and handle customer inquiries via phone and text. Support the sales force by generating new sales leads and provide product and service information while adhering to communication scripts. Research required information using available resources and take feedback to improve productivity and character. This full-time role operates in a professional office environment with no travel expected. Candidates need a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
- Full-time position availability
- No travel expected
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and typing skills (including 10 key)
- Positive attitude
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and understanding of technology products and services
- Business ownership mentality
