Job Summary
Follow up on distributed leads, generate store traffic, and handle customer inquiries via phone and text. Support the sales force by creating new sales leads and providing product and service information while adhering to communication scripts. Research required information using available resources and apply feedback to improve productivity and character. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday in a professional office environment with no travel expected. Compensation includes $16/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and understanding of technology products and services
- Business ownership mentality
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday.
- No travel is expected for this position.
- Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and typing skills (including 10 key)
- College degree preferred
- Positive attitude
- Creative and analytical
- Candidates should be able to take feedback and criticism to improve productivity
