Job Summary
Follow up on distributed leads and generate store traffic to contribute to market success. Handle customer inquiries via phone and text while providing product and service information. Support the sales force by generating new sales leads and research required information using available resources. Adhere to communication scripts when addressing different topics and take feedback to improve productivity. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
- Full-time position availability
- No travel expected
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and typing skills (including 10 key)
- Positive attitude
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and understanding of technology products and services
- Business ownership mentality
