Job Summary
Follow up on distributed leads to generate store traffic and support the sales force. Handle customer inquiries by phone and text while providing product and service information. Research required information using available resources and follow communication scripts for different topics. Improve productivity by taking feedback and criticism constructively. This role involves ongoing support for the current sales force in a professional office environment with no travel. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and understanding of technology products and services
- Business ownership mentality
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- This is a full-time position
