Job Summary
Follow up on distributed leads and generate store traffic to contribute to market success. Handle customer inquiries via phone and text while providing product and service information. Support the sales force by generating new sales leads and research required information using available resources. Adhere to communication scripts when addressing different topics. Maintain attention to detail and utilize effective oral and written communication to shape and express ideas clearly. Take feedback and criticism to improve productivity and character. This full-time role operates in a professional office environment with no travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
- This is a full-time position
- No travel is expected for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Positive attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Interest and understanding of technology products and services
- Business ownership mentality
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and typing skills (including 10 key)
