Job Summary
Call Center Representative handling Customer Service and Billing for vehicle breakdowns. Follow customer communication protocol, schedule PMs, provide status updates, and drive customer satisfaction. Coordinate with on-call technicians, rental counter team, drivers, and dispatch to identify repair requirements and substitute units. Handle billing, warranty, and compliance questions; participate in QA reviews to maintain service quality. Requires strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; on-site hybrid training in Alpharetta, GA with remote work after training.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Three (3) years or more in Customer Service with issues resolution required
