Job Summary
Assist pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices with inbound/outbound calls, appointment follow-ups, insurance eligibility verification, patient registration, and data entry in the dental office database. Maintain professional, courteous interactions and support mission to provide high-quality dental care for children in a welcoming environment. Requires 1+ years of customer service experience and prior orthodontic front/back office experience; bilingual ability; daytime schedule; fully work-from-home role with competitive hourly pay and monthly bonus potential.
