Job Summary

Seeking a friendly Call Center Representative for inbound and outbound customer calls. Must have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and reliable internet access. No remote aid is offered, and relocation assistance is not available.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must be a US Citizen and reside in the continental United States
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
  • Multi-task on multiple programs at the same time
  • Must have private, stable, reliable, high speed internet service
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with at least 8 gigs of usable RAM
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • Child care for young children during work hours is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs

Additional Requirements
