Job Summary
Provide sales and service support averaging 90-120 service calls daily by calling existing customers to receive beverage orders and handling routine inquiries. Update computerized data entry systems as necessary while reacting productively to change and handling essential tasks assigned. Requires bilingual English proficiency, 1+ years in general sales and 2 years in customer service, plus call center experience. Full-time Monday-Friday 7am-4pm schedule at $18.00 per hour. Located in Sioux City, Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma/GED
- Bilingual
- 1+ years general sales experience
- 2 years customer service experience
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
