Job Summary
On-site Call Center Representative / Service Appointment Setter in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, handling inquiries across multiple applications, and supporting appointment setting for automotive services. Requires 3 years of customer service experience (phone or in-person), with 1 year of call center experience preferred, and the ability to type accurately. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Schedule features Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus every 3rd Saturday with no Sunday work; compensation ranges from $20–$22 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits. Candidates should demonstrate punctuality, integrity, empathy, and the ability to learn and adapt, participate in training and coaching, and work collaboratively with coworkers in a diverse environment. On-site position located off Glenwood Ave in Raleigh, NC, within the automotive group setting.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person (required)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a drug test and state, federal, and criminal background check
- Must have strong typing accuracy and speed
