Call Center Rep

In-store Call Center Specialist to engage customers and facilitate appointments for automotive sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships via phone, text, and email; guiding customers through loan applications and collecting required documents; collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies; and using CRM software to track performance and pipeline. The role operates 9:00am–7:00pm, Monday through Saturday (about 50 hours/week) at Mt Clemens and Roseville, MI, with a starting pay of $14 per hour and additional bonuses, and the position is 1099 freelance.
