Job Summary
The Part-Time Call Center Representative effectively manages multiple daily calls and completes various administrative tasks while providing exceptional member service. Responsibilities include meeting established call metrics and seeking cross-sell opportunities. Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience, be flexible with work hours, and commit to three - six months of on-site training. Saturday availability is also required.
