Job Summary
Remote-call-center focused role handling multiple daily calls and performing administrative tasks while delivering first-rate member service. Responsibilities include meeting daily and monthly call targets and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, flexibility to work until 8 pm, and on-site training at NW Houston with Saturday availability. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Required Qualifications
