Job Summary
Call Center Representative handling outbound calls to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This role supports the Account Executives by setting up demo meetings, using a CRM to track leads, researching prospects, and building a productive sales pipeline. Requires strong communication, the ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment, independence as a self-starter, and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
