Job Summary
Outbound call campaigns to health-plan members to schedule appointments and help them navigate benefits; serve as a knowledgeable resource on explanations of benefits and the healthcare system; handle inbound support as a flex team; demonstrate strong customer service, sales skills, and teamwork while providing end-to-end service; 40 hours per week, working 9:30 am–6:00 pm MT; hybrid and remote work options based on distance from the Sandy, UT office; training is fully paid and requires 100% attendance; Salesforce Service Cloud and Google Suite experience are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
