Job Summary
Call Center Operator role handling inbound/outbound calls from Lottery retailers, troubleshooting equipment and related issues, and dispatching technicians for on-site repairs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about one year of customer service experience (preferably in a technical call center). Must be able to learn Intralot software/hardware, work in a team, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients. Strong verbal and written communication, understanding of help desk operations, and ability to explain technical information are essential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent training and experience
- One (1) year prior related customer service experience, preferably in a technical call center environment
- Call tracking system experience preferred
