Handle inbound and outbound calls from Lottery retailers, troubleshoot equipment and related issues, and dispatch technicians for on-site repairs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience, with strong technical/analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a team; training on Intralot software/hardware and understanding of help desk processes; pre-employment background check and drug screening; equal opportunity employer.
