Call Center Operator (Bilingual)

Greet patients politely, respond accurately to inquiries, and thank callers for their time. Make appointments for new and existing patients using the practice management system template while coordinating with departmental Patient Services Representatives and nursing staff to accommodate requests for earlier appointments. Verify all demographic and insurance information, including eligibility, primary care provider, and referrals, posting data accurately in the system. Provide back-up support for patient registration as requested by management and attend monthly departmental meetings. Handle other duties as assigned.
