Job Summary
Provide information and customer service to credit union members via telephone and written/digital correspondence. Respond to inquiries, resolve routine questions and problems related to accounts, assist in opening memberships and add-on accounts, and support visa credit card processes. Follow verification procedures to prevent fraud, recognize cross-sell opportunities, and meet monthly sales targets. Process teller transactions and account maintenance, assist with Online Banking and E-Services inquiries, and support Trust/POA/HSA/IRA/Estate Accounts. Maintain knowledge of credit union products and procedures; participate in Saturday ITM coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Education Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Required: One (1) year of customer service or retail sales experience
- Experience Preferred: Two (2) years of customer service or retail sales experience in a call center
