Job Summary
Open and close accounts, renew certificates, and assist members with account inquiries and problems. Answer questions regarding Credit Union services, perform account maintenance duties, and actively cross-sell services. Serves members promptly and professionally while assisting other Member Services Representatives with assigned duties as required. Requires clear verbal communication skills and the ability to operate computer applications, adding machines, and money counting equipment. Full-time position Monday through Saturday with rotating hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Requires clear, effective verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- The ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone
- Data entry skills
Desired Qualifications
- Call center experience preferred
