Job Summary
Provide telephone service for credit union products and policies and perform account service/maintenance transactions by phone. Serve as a liaison between members and the credit union, resolving issues and directing inquiries to the appropriate resource. Crosstrain on more complex account servicing (including electronic servicing and basic lending functions) and actively cross-sell products/services based on members’ needs. Maintain up-to-date information on products, services, systems, and compliance; handle requests for transfers, IRA transactions, debit card reissues, address changes, check orders, and loan payments. Promote products/services, respond to member requests, and deliver professional, EPIC-valued service. Training period is followed by hybrid remote work with on-site presence at least twice weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in a Call Center environment
- Minimum 1 year experience at a Financial Institution
- Minimum 6 months in a goal oriented sales environment
- Note: Candidates must successfully complete a credit check, background check and drug screen
