Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls and process member transactions; assist with member questions or problems regarding accounts; open/close accounts and process wire transfers by mail, fax, and email; mail/overnight check withdrawals, order checks and debit cards, process stop payments, and mail statements; provide help with online banking, reset PINs and passwords; post mail deposits/payments; assist branches with phone-center issues; scan checks and membership forms; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6-12 Months with Call Center or financial institution experience
- Completion of Indiana Members Credit Union Internal Training
