Job Summary
Lead and motivate a 6-person call center team; oversee day-to-day operations, ensure KPIs are met or exceeded; develop and implement call center strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and sales; recruit, hire, and train call center personnel; provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback; monitor call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements; requires proven leadership in the home improvement/services industry and ability to hire/train reps; preferred experience with $10M+ companies.
