Job Summary
Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations and answer inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns. Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers, overcome objections, and qualify prospective homeowners. Schedule appointments for sales representatives, enter and update customer information in the CRM, and confirm appointments with follow-up calls. Maintain accurate records and reports. This role supports Focal Point Remodeling's mission to help homeowners improve their homes with high-quality solutions. Paid training is provided, and the position offers career growth within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
