Job Summary
Conduct initial client contact via telephone screenings to assess presenting issues and determine service appropriateness. Maintain strict client confidentiality while providing program information to prospective clients and families. Effectively connect with callers to facilitate first-call resolution and identify potential business development referrals for the Director of Business Development. Screen visitors and manage general inquiries while following all policy and procedures. Maintain clear communications with supervisors and co-workers, working as a positive team member.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales highly desired, especially Complex Selling
- Any experience working in Mental Health or Addiction Treatment is very helpful
