Job Summary
The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for answering phones, initiating referrals, and handling inpatient transfers from physicians. This role demands excellent multitasking, customer service skills, and empathy. Key duties include managing voicemails and emails, processing payments, interpreting Explanation of Benefits, and ensuring accurate patient records in EMR/EHR. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to resolve customer issues, and compliance with laws and policies. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience.
