Call Center/Patient Access Coordinator duties include answering calls, scheduling patient appointments, entering demographics, insurance, and referrals into EMR, canceling/rescheduling appointments, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Requires English fluency, strong communication, customer service experience, and prior medical office experience preferred; position is hybrid (office/remote) with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior medical office experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work independently
  • Acceptable results on background screenings and checks
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and handling demographics in EMR
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
