Responsibilities include maintaining admissions paperwork, processing consent and intake documents, confirming benefits, communicating with families, patients, and referral sources, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills with experience in a call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative setting preferred. Shift coverage includes 1st–3rd shifts with every-other-weekend schedules; full-time benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
