The Call Center Consumer Lender underwrites and processes consumer loan applications, ensuring outstanding member experience and quick funding while maintaining compliance with lending policies. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field
- Prior experience in underwriting, processing, and closing consumer loans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in a second language in addition to English
- Prior experience at Broadview or other financial institution
