Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals for nonstandard auto insurance. Build relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon targets and educate clients on products that best fit their needs. Handle accurate accounting of currency transactions and deliver deposits with scanned documentation into the agency management system. This role offers a base pay of $15.92-$20/hour plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives. On-site work is required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (but not required)
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
