CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE

Operate the SRHC customer call center as the single access contact for the public, patients, physicians, and internal staff within a busy consolidated environment. Provide routine information, monitor alarms, page codes, and direct calls to appropriate areas for all campuses. Answer calls to the main number and the SRHC Physician Exchange while administering radio paging and alarm notifications for multiple campuses. Requires a high school diploma, age 18, and a typing speed of 35 wpm or more.
