Receive inbound calls to assist customers with booking appointments, confirming reservations, and answering client profile questions. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy. Maintain a professional and clean work environment, ensuring a positive and energetic attitude throughout all interactions. Handle stressful situations professionally while multitasking to focus on the guest experience. No sales involvement; performance includes various other duties as assigned.
