Job Summary
Provide bilingual Spanish and English call center support to patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, route calls to appropriate clinical teams, and serve as a liaison for Honor Community Health centers. Deliver language services to non-English speaking patients, maintain professionalism, contribute to high-quality patient experiences, and support internal/external relationships within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of experience in front-line customer service or in a similar call center position
- Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in using Electronic Medical Records preferred
- A flexible and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
