Job Summary
Process member financial transactions via PTMs (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing) and validate cash/negotiable instruments; assist members and potential members via phone, email, and chat with products/services, basic account functions, debit/credit card usage, online/mobile banking, and bill pay; ensure transactional and informational accuracy; perform basic card maintenance (activation/status), process mail transactions, image documents to Synergy; achieve one-call resolution by owning issues or routing to the appropriate department; maintain QA scores and KPI goals; ensure regular attendance; perform additional duties as assigned; requires 1–2 years of related experience and a high school education or GED, with Comfort in handling transactions, clear written and verbal communication, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professional, courteous member interactions; shift flexibility and adherence to policy and procedures are expected.
Required Qualifications
