Job Summary
Conduct collections calls to remind customers about late or missed payments across various delinquency levels. Negotiate payment options and problem-solve to help customers establish new payment plans while accurately documenting accounts on computer systems during live calls. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to represent the client and protect brand reputation by creating a positive customer experience. Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays to meet daily productivity goals and call quality standards. Adhere strictly to VAIG and Bad Phone processes, dispute resolution protocols, and all federal, state, and local compliance regulations. Maintain a stationary seated position for up to 85% of the shift while demonstrating tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- English speakers
- on-site in Taguig
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Good command of English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
- Ability to empathize
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and ability to overcome customer objections
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to remain in a stationary seated position up to 85% of the work shift
- Must be able to communicate with consumers and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
- Must be able to communicate with consumers and maintain compliance with corporate objectives and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to exchange accurate information with co-workers, consumers, and/or clients or vendors who have work-related inquiries
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of call center collections, customer service, or telemarketing experience preferred, but not required
