Job Summary
Be the initial point of contact in the call center to register new patients and direct current patients, using tact, compassion, and confidentiality. Manage calls, gather necessary demographic, referral, and clinical information, update confidential patient data in EMR, facilitate appointment scheduling, monitor telephone flow, and collaborate with departments to minimize wait times while delivering high-quality customer service. Strong communication, detail-orientation, and teamwork are essential; healthcare call center and EMR experience are a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Remote work arrangement is subject to review based on performance and business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience with call centers and healthcare services a plus
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred
