Job Summary
Driver Call Center Agent coordinates and ensures timely coverage of driver trips, monitors trip accuracy, escalates issues to field operations or customers, and maintains up-to-date records in internal systems. The role requires professional communication with field management and team members, and offers high autonomy within a structured in-office night-shift schedule. Requires prioritization, problem-solving, reliable attendance, strong typing and 10-key skills, and customer-service experience. High school diploma or equivalent and comfort with office-based work are expected.
