Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

Conduct telephone and written communication on behalf of clients to identify potential business contacts and qualify leads for external sales teams. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and assist with route and visit planning. Maintain and update customer, market, and project data within CRM systems and Excel lists while researching relevant information via phone and online. Engage in structured processes aligned with defined sales targets and maintain close exchange with external sales staff. Contribute actively to optimizing internal processes and workflows.
