Call Center Agent m/w/d Montag bis Freitag

Establish and maintain contact with existing customers via telephone to handle inquiries and provide support. Optimize and extend customer contracts through direct communication and negotiation. Requires German language proficiency at C1 level, strong verbal and written communication skills, and PC aptitude. Full-time or part-time roles available Monday through Friday with no weekend work.
