Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions while tracking production results. Maintain fast keyboard speed and proficiency with computer systems to process calls efficiently. Communicate clearly in basic conversational English, demonstrating strong written and oral skills under pressure. Meet daily goals and deadlines while adhering to a Monday through Saturday schedule of 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM. Possess a valid driver's license issued in PR.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience in Customer Service, sales and working with production results measurement
- Fast in the keyboard and handling of computer systems
- Valid driver's license issued in PR
- Customer oriented person
- Basic level conversational English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet goals and deadlines
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM
