Job Summary
Driver Call Center Agent in-office supporting rail personnel transportation operations. Responsibilities include coordinating driver trips, monitoring trip accuracy, escalating issues to field operations or customers, maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems, communicating professionally with field management and team members, and taking on additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications include strong typing and 10-key skills, excellent phone communication and customer service abilities, and the ability to work in an office environment; 6+ months of dispatch or customer service experience is preferred. Schedule is days, in-office with early morning hours on a 4/3 or similar rotation.
