Job Summary
Conduct customer service calls via phone for on-site roles in Cebu City. Complete the full recruitment process onsite after passing the preliminary over-the-phone pre-screening interview. Maintain strong English communication skills and possess a high school diploma or higher education. Candidates must have their phone available and be willing to work on-site immediately. While BPO experience is a plus, it is not required for this entry-level position.
