Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician responsible for removing interior, overhead, and directional signage, repairing surfaces, patching and painting walls, and documenting work with before-and-after photos in an active retail environment. Must safely operate ladders and scissor lifts, follow project instructions and deadlines, and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company at client locations. Independent, early-morning, project-based work across California locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation/removal, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Scissor lift experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
